Refund policy
Refunds are not given due to the unique nature of my work. I always do my best to make sure that all items are packed very securely in their boxes, but in the event of a broken item or any other issue please contact me immediately. If an item is broken I ask for a photo within 12 hours of receipt. Items are insured with USPS Ground Advantage and with USPS Priority Mail, so those are the recommended shipping options. You can open a claim with USPS for items broken during shipping. Due to the unique nature of each piece returns are not accepted, but I will do my best to satisfy each customer!
